Cancellation and Refund Policy
Booking Notice
The itinerary and cost of the product are for reference only. The customization specialist will make corresponding adjustments according to the needs of the consumer. The final service content shall be subject to the “Customized Travel Service Contract”.
Refund and modification rules
If the order is cancelled due to the buyer’s reasons after the order becomes effective, the fee deduction standard is as follows:
- More than 7 days before the start of the itinerary, 50% of the total order cost will be subject to a penalty
- 1-6 days before the start of the itinerary, 80% of the total order cost will be subject to a penalty for breach of contract
- On the day of the start of the trip, a 100% penalty will be imposed (as a percentage of the total order cost)
After the order becomes effective, if the order is cancelled due to the merchant’s reasons, in addition to a full refund, the merchant should also pay the buyer the corresponding amount of liquidated damages as shown in the table below:

Cancellation Policy Explanation:
- If there is a flight change and the merchant fails to notify the buyer within the time specified by the rules, resulting in losses to the buyer, the merchant shall bear the direct actual losses incurred by the buyer
- The effective provisions of the order shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the contract rules.
- The “day” mentioned in the above table refers to a natural day, and is based on the local time where the goods and services are located.
- If an objective event or force majeure occurs that the merchant has fulfilled reasonable care obligations but still cannot avoid, resulting in the cancellation of the order by the merchant, it is not due to the merchant’s reasons. Conversely, buyers are no exception.
